Covid test, full price was paid out of pocket 200 since they wont contact your insurance. And insurance company did not accept the test. Multiple attemps to draw blood, at least 3 attempts. I would avoid, it seemed a bit fishy the whole thing.

The lab processed my specimen quickly and shipped it to the other lab to run the tests in a speedy manner. There was an issue with the specimen, but the owner Bob was kind enough to credit my account back because I had to have my blood drawn and pay twice. He was easy to get ahold of and very courteous. I just recommend emailing him or calling and asking for him. The phlebotomist was also very nice. I was upset because she stopped answering my emails, but the problem was soon resolved directly with the owner.
