I had them put foam insulation on my house while I was having new siding put in place. Equipment issues caused it to take months, not weeks to get the foam done. In the process, they broke the cable line into the family room and didn’t fix it. A worker also for some reason kicked a hole thru my drywall from the outside. That was poorly patched. As soon as I payed my bill, they were gone. Still no cable line. Foam insulation is good, but knowing what I do now, I would go with another company.

I've hired Cole and his team twice to insulate some less than typical structures. The first time was a shipping container house, the second for a school bus camper conversions. In both cases I was blown away with the results. Cole and his team have exceptional customer service and a high attention to detail. After seeing the work of some other installers, I won't be hiring anyone but PolarPak for any future projects.
We had them come out and do a job for us and they responded quickly. We addressed some issues with them, and they wrote a us a check for some damage that happened. When we tried to cash the check, it was returned with NSF, and they won't return emails. They want their money, but they won't honor their checks. I will be happy to amend my review if they honor their word.
With the usual trepidation one experiences when hiring a contractor, it is always a pleasure to encounter a company that exhibits knowledge, professionalism, and a desire to make their customer happy. This, PolarPak did from start to finish. Cole (owner) and Loren showed up, on time, to fix the cause of mold on the interior of my exterior walls. Typical fiberglass insulation creates a barrier, allowing condensation to occur whenever freezing outside temperatures meets inside home temps, with the end result -mold. They covered everything, including the floor, before they started. Then, carefully viewing the job before them (I had just installed a fire block which created a challenge), they sprayed foam everywhere it was needed, plus a few extra areas that I asked them to take care of. They did all this with a smile. I highly recommend PolarPak for your home insulation needs. And besides mold remediation, their process stops insect infiltration and drafts. Very nice.
Cole and his crew did an amazing job insulating the rim joists on our custom log home - far above and beyond what I expected!
