Originally had a bad experience with Prima but they reached out and made amends for the previous grievance which is commendable. They followed through with their promise the second time and as such I have amended my previous review. I hope they maintain the standard of customer service and honesty that they demonstrated following my initial interaction and if so, they are a company who you could safely buy from.

Some other company let me down big time with a spin bike and lucky for me I came across Prima Fitness by chance. I can't put in words how helpful this guy is and the level of customer service...
