Contacted Patricia regarding mites in a bedroom. She was so knowledgeable and told me how to deal with the infestation. Also she recommended someone to remove the old birds nests from the roof space. Excellent service.

Before you go anywhere else for advice or help with pest control, please give NORTH WEST PEST CONTROL a call FIRST. I promise you will not need to go anywhere else. I had a rat and mouse problem in my house. I rang Northwest Pest Control and Patricia was not only very reassuring but she was also very quick to come out to my property to carry out an inspection. I honestly have never see such dedication and professionalism in a company. She inspected every last inch of my house, made an assessment and recommended the necessary treatment which she was able to carry out immediately! Hands down, quality company. What a wonderful crew even when not at work they’re all really nice to everyone they meet. They work hard do their job and are reasonably priced. This is something we judge ourselves on too when certain pests invade we think we’re dirty. They don’t judge and try to make you realise it’s not because you’re dirty in fact probably the opposite.
