Absolute life savers! When Boots was unable to fill my prescription I contacted Zen at 8 pm, and in less than an hour they sent a courier to my house with my prescription (a medication very few pharmacies even carry). They took payment over the phone and communicated over WhatsApp, making it even more convenient. They truly could not have been more helpful or nice. This will be my go-to pharmacy from now on.
Never thought I'd be leaving a review about a pharmacy but they deserve it. Super friendly and helpful, which is much appreciated during these COVID times. Communicated with me as soon as they got my prescription to offer me several payment as well as pickup/delivery options. Really loved the flexibility -- they really care about their customers.
I always used Zen pharmacy and can honestly say they gave me an excellent service. The chemists are always very helpful and efficient. Tamer is always spot on and helped me a lot with achieving my optimum health by introducing me to very useful supplements that was deficient with. Also Saleh has been of great help in many ways. I strongly advice my friends to use Zen pharmacy for the extensive experience they have and for the excellent skin care products they have in stock. Well done and keep the good work.
I cannot say enough about Zen in terms of customer service. They are proactive in supporting me with prescriptions, hugely responsive on WhatsApp at any time of day and can arrange courier service to your door. They have given me small discounts/ free items without me asking and are also simply a really engaging, kind, knowledgeable bunch of people that are a pleasure to deal with. Truly setting the benchmark for next- generation pharmacy support. Ps I never take time to write reviews...only when I am this happy do I bother!
