Hello, how can I contact you, to your branch, by mail? please answer. it is important. I am waiting for the departure from England to Russia, but they don’t tell me the track number, so all the cargo from your department is sent back to the sender.
Delivery wasn't made and got an email saying receiver wasn't at home, when actually I was all day at home.! Thanks to Ringo door bell proofing that drivers isn't doing their job properly and not delivering as they should, just updating system eceiver not at home\ without even coming. Shame.!
Maddening experience that still has not been resolved. They have my most important personal document, but offer absolutely no way to get in touch with the passport/visa team. I have called many times over multiple days- each time left on hold for an hour before being hung up on. I am at a loss at what to do next. TNT, please contact me to help.
They tried to make a delivery to my building without providing me any prior warning and without notifying me that they were in the building. I just received an email at 2000 at night stating that a delivery attempt was made and that I should follow a link to arrange a time. I followed the link but I could only choose a day, not a time. Furthermore, I never received an email or any confirmation that they would try to make a delivery on the day I choose. Finally, I tried to call to remedy this matter and have been on hold for over two hours. Basically, I have to do their job for them. On a personal note, they have taken me away from work for at least one day and have delayed critical documents. If you have a job or the documents that you need are important to your life, do not use them. Go somewhere else or go in person, you actually would spend less time doing that than trying to get delivery through this business.
