I did the one-month intensive online CELTA course. It was one of the most challenging but rewarding things I've ever done. The depth of knowledge and level of support from the tutors was second to none and I left the course feeling confident and fully-equipped to teach. I highly recommend this course to anyone considering a career in TEFL/TESL.

I've been an English teacher in Brazil for the past 10 years and I was feeling it was time I upgrade my CV. I heard about the Celta course from some colleagues and decided to enroll at the Teaching House School. It was an unforgettable month. The location is privileged and easy to access. The environment is excellent, they have a great library with significant books and the classrooms are well equipped. All the tutors are insightful, patient and thorough and they assist the students very carefully. Each has a unique set of knowledge and skills that are passed on to the students brilliantly. I acquired a new whole perception and cognition as a teacher and can't thank my tutors enough. Not only I have a new certificate but also I made amazing new friends from all over the world!
I completed the CELTA course summer of 2020, and I am glad I did it through Teaching House. The tutors were amazing--experienced and so helpful. The course is very hard work (exhausting mentally and physically) but also affirming and confidence-building. I feel I have been equipped to teach English the Cambridge way.
I highly recommend Teaching House Centre for studying CELTA. I have learnt a lot and clearly developed my teaching skills and strategies by the great support and help from the professional trainers there.
It's a highly recommended place, I've really enjoyed attending the course with a group of professional teachers.
