From the moment I contacted Solid Rock the service was spotless. I got an appointment the same day in the afternoon. The engineer on the phone was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail and made me feel at ease. I had a hack into my computer so needed to wipe everything off and reinstall everything. When the engineer came he explained everything to me in detail. Very knowledgeable. Within two hours my computer was back up and running as new. Thank you so much for such great service. Will definitely go back with any other IT problems!

I dropped my laptop and damaged the screen. I received a prompt response. The screen was replaced fat my home. I have not had any problems with the laptop subsequent to the repair. The engineer was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company to others.

Solid Rock replaced my laptop screen. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and have an easy to use service. Unfortunately there were a some defects with two separate screens which the engineer brought to fit, so in the end he had to make three trips to get me a screen free from issues. Each time he was very pleasant, professional and understanding. Can’t fault the service, very customer focussed despite what must’ve been very frustrating for the engineer, I would definitely use them again!
