Blatantly dishonest. Bought a fight ticket for our elderly mother but unfortunately Mum was unable to travel due to health reasons. Provided a medical certificate as requested. It's been over a year now and they are still refusing to refund the monies or offer any explanation for not doing so. Shameless conduct. Will have to report them to trading standards.

Poor communication from the sales team. They dont update you on the new rules surrounding Covid-19 at all. Most of the time we get mixed messages from the sales team as well. I would not recommend at all.
