Great atmosphere and well dedicated staff. Impressive venue!! The support i received was well beyond my expectations. The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and even advice me further how to save & backup my samsung account. I must point out, i was late 6pm and no appointment even they were under short staff and most of them very busy. Andrei, was patience and polite. Great asset to the Samsung under these unprecedented circumstances we are living. Thank you !!

After a poor costumer service experience at Samsung Oxford Street, it was great to come at Samsung KX at the same day. Immediately when you enter you receive a warm welcome from a member of staff. The space is absolutely amazing and all the staff make the space even more enjoyable. I came to this store to put my S9 for repair and I was very well received. My appointment got delayed 20 minutes which I did not appreciated, but I understand that at this time of pandemic, the services can be delayed. Rhys was the person that made this experience great. He is very friendly and efficient. Great costumer service and support that I had from him, well done. Next time I would appreciate that Samsung could provide a substitute phone for when we leave our phone for repair under warranty. When you purchase such an expensive phone like, you should get better support. This is something that you should review.
Cool, swanky place. Very interactive with an open and friendly atmosphere. Staff are very very knowledgeable. I was helped by Ryan, who did a fantastic job - much better than that on the phone or my local Samsung store, he knew his stuff and resolved my issue in good time.
Brilliant experience! I had a problem with my galaxy buds (for which I had forgot to make an appointment), the support staff were happy to accept the repair. While I am still waiting for them to be posted back, the repair has been completed in a timely manner and I should get them back soon. The rest of the store is full of interesting stuff and helpful staff; would totally recommend a visit.
I visited a couple of times last week to pick up items, each time I was met with super friendly, knowledgeable staff. The last visit was the day after lockdown started yet the process was still as smooth and the staff were still happy to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Samsung KX to anyone who wants to buy Samsung products.
