Mum is 80yrs old ordered car through Red Lion to Airport as her local cab office couldn't guarantee pick up on return flight. Carrying my severely disabled brother but needed a small car as she can't manage lifting him into big car Car that arrived was fine got toGatwick from Willesden and fare which she thought was 55 turned out to be 75. She paid as she didn't want to argue as church group was waiting for them. On return a friend from the pilgrimage wanted a lift back there lived 300yrds away . But cab turned up and driver had a female driver taking over apparently his wife and he was teaching her the route. So mum and brother with friend squeezed into back seat . Got to Willesden and now charged 85. She's old and doesn't like confrontation she paid called cab office next day and the chap said that's not right I'll look into this. Called again the day after and a woman simply said you agreed to price with driver too bad. This company has no values I'd like to ruin them..
Red lines has a \Great manager\ he directly deals with customer's complaints and identifies problems quickly and insures to make improvements to keep customers highly satisfied. i have been a customer of RED line for many years and so i would highly recommend using a reliable and professional service. The drivers are always on time reliable, professional, polite- friendly and every car is kept at a high standards and i would highly recommend using this cab/taxi services.
Great service at reasonable prices. Managerial staff are excellent; I forgot my wallet in the cab and they came back to my house to deliver it to me.
I lived opposite this cab service company for 2 years and I used them a lot.The drivers are smart and the staff are so kind and reliable
