Took delivery of an urgent order on Friday that I only placed the day before. Everything arrived well packed and in perfect condition. The staff, who picked up my rather panicked calls, were really helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Thank you for making it all so easy and for all your help. Absolutely brilliant customer service all round.

Nightmare experience, didn’t have the item in stock that I had ordered through their website. The asked me to wait until the next day for a delivery to their store . After waiting 24 hours they told me they still didn’t have the item in stock. They said they would send a courier the following morning as an apology but no courier because I hadn’t responded whilst working to confirm that I was still available as previously agreed. 2 weeks later they still have not posted my item to me. After asking for a delivery or refund they failed a 3rd time to make the delivery and am still currently waiting for the return to be processed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
