Attended the free early pregnancy class with Rachel & have now booked in to attend ante natal classes with the group we met. Got some excellent information from Rachel both emotional & practical, links between emotions & the progression of labour made real sense & the class also introduced some ideas around hypnobirthing & acupressure, which I am keen to explore. My partner (who needed some persuasion to attend) was really glad he went & is also keen to go back- the class took place in a lovely relaxed environment - log fire was burning we had home baked treats & I felt that we could ask questions in an open environment, Rachel was so welcoming & informative & had a genuine interest in each of us - we can’t wait to go back!
