The GP service here is fantastic. Reception staff (female but unsure of her name) is so friendly and helpful and every single doctor I have visited have been brilliant to me! The below 1 star reviews should definitely be ignored. Always manage to get an appointment and always good solid advice. Thank you so much :)

I was booked for GP call appointment today. I have not received any call from my GP. I called 6x and it kept saying i dialed the wrong number. Such a waste of my time.

I don't usually add reviews but saw the current 1 star average and felt this was unfair given the multiple positive experiences that I have had with this practice from both the doctors and the nurses. I've visited for a number of things over the years ranging from the seriously concerning (needing scans and blood tests that were arranged rapidly) to the routine (travel injections) and each time have been treated with respect.

GP does not have patient center approach, putting her words in your mouth and making decision on her assumption . Lack of care . Shame
