Twice I have been to this store and both times were terrible, when I go to spend my hard earned cash I do expect some degree of customer service, the staff member I was dealing with was unhelpful and not very freindly at all, the second time I went, when I approached a staff member and started speaking he held his hand up and abruptly told me to hang on, so I left. Growell need to train their staff to a much better standard in my opinion. If you are going to purchase from this company, go online and not in store.

Absolutely terrible. I advise you avoid this store at all costs, as the customer service in this branch is non existent. I was first in line only to be nudged aside by a regular. I assume he was a regular and/or a friend as he was ‘fist bumping’ the staff. I begun to think the gentleman must have been there first, as I was completely ignored by the other staff as they served him instead of me (despite me waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes). I was confident the gentleman had entered the store moments after me, so when I was finally served I simply asked the staff who was first. The staff member was extremely rude and sarcastic with his response. In all honesty I have never quite experienced anything like it. It’s a shame as GroWell offer a good service online. Needless to say I won’t be touching their Wembley store with a barge poll. Even considering taking my business somewhere else altogether. If you enjoy immature teenagers with next to no clue on how to provide any customer service, and people freely jumping the line is your thing, then be my guest. Otherwise AVOID this store at all costs.
