Fantastic customer service and extremely high quality product. These guys provided excellent advice both before purchasing and after with very rapid responses to my queries even after the sale and delivery. My mirrored splash-back looks amazing and was very thoughtfully and carefully packaged. I will be buying more once my kitchen is ready for it. Thank you!
What an awful service, tried to place an order online, ended up being diverted to the sales number which went to answerphone,left message and not one person called back. Upon trying again a week later spoke to the rudest man who was unhelpful and sighed throughout the conversation - if you want a nice retail experience go elsewhere, which is what I will do now.
Unfortunately, they failed twice to provide a proper sample that was sent after they took my deposit. At first they apologized for producing the wrong colour (it was grey window but came out purple!), delaying my project; when they then re-sent another one, this was again not quite right, and was one of poor quality. When requesting my deposit back as I was not satisfatied with their services they refused to give the deposit back. It was their responsibility to respond to customer request; regardless of having done the survey or not, if customer does not like the product sample, the deposit must be returned! Depsite numerous attempts they declined!! How disappointing experience, delayed my project and deprived me from my deposit from future order. Not good....!! Deny to pay deposit unless you have seen the quality of samples they produce- also they have to commit to the colour being right/same with sample when delivered, otherwise you may think you order one colour and end up with another!
Wonderful service, couldn't fault it. Kellen was very helpful over the phone and advised on colour choice and how best to template and install which was far easier than I ever expected. Splashbacks arrived swiftly and were packaged like the crown jewels! I went to 7 different companies for a quotation and glasssplashbacksuk were by far the most affordable, plus they only supply toughened glass which for safety, was my biggest concern as I have 3 little children all under the age of 5. Thumbs up.
