Terrible experience. Ordered engineered wood and laminate. They delivered the wrong amount, so not enough laminate and too much engineered wood. Tried to explain several times on the phone, they just got defensive. Even after I've sent them pictures of the packages and delivery notes they refused to admit they have done a mistake, yet alone apologising or refund me for the extra pack that my builder was so kind to pick up (the delivery would have cost an extra 50). They also weren't honest when I was visiting and asked which floor can be delivered at what time, I was given very generic answers and the person there seemed quite annoyed about my presence!

Perfectly nice and helpful - as recommended by the guy who did our floor sanding. I visited from East London to pick up Morrell's stain and Bona varnish. I can't think why anyone other than a weird, embittered competitor would describe them as a 'disgusting company'.
