I have sent an email requiring info about my Chilean ID card and Mr Condesa called me on the same day. He did advise though that, due to COVID restrictions, the embassy will remain close until further government advise. You can contact contact them via email and they will reply.

I had to get a visa extremely quickly after some unforeseen circumstances, and the help I received from Patricia especially was amazing. Would recommend calling up if you have any problems or questions you need answering because they are so helpful, and did everything they could to make sure I got my visa in time. 10/10
Very friendly, patient and understanding staff :) I forgot to print out some extra documentation when i came for my visa appointment, but the consulate was very understanding and let me go print the relevant documents and granted the visa on time. Thank you!!
