Also Call themselves by another name Zenith Collections. Tried to bully my grandmother after sending her a letter for a parking fine 6 months ago. I phoned them up and spoke an ‘agent’ Adam Wilkes on behalf of my grandmother . This is the first time she has received a letter , absolutely no correspondence was sent out. He was aggressive and threatening , often shouting at myself and making accusations, my poor disabled gran was terrified as she could hear him. It’s seems this company is a scam, DO NOT LISTEN OR RESPOND TO THIS COMPANY. There emails are bogus - just prompts you to phone a number and address is registered to a PO Box.

This is the worst company I have had to deal with in my life. Cut throat with no morals and underpaid staff with very bad unhelpful attitudes. This company is also trading as ZENITH COLLECTIONS in Manchester and their call centre is even worse! They are backed by big money and the courts also rule in their favour so as an honest member of public if you do get to deal with these people don't expect anything other than abuse, aggression and very bad practice. Certainly not a company worth of being in the UK in 2021. All their employees work at bulb energy too I'm sure.

Last year I received a parking ticket just before I was due to go travelling for 12 months. Fair enough, my mistake, and had I known I’d got the parking ticket (first letter about the ticket arrived just after I’d left) I would have paid the 100 fine. Fast forward a year, I get back and pop round to my old address to collect my post. To my horror, I find half a dozen letters from this debt company threatening me with added costs equaling to 75 and court action. I decided to contact them to explain that I’d only just found out about the fine, explain the situation and that I am able to prove I had been out of the country. I called them and dealt with the most unfeeling, emotionless woman who basically told me it was my fault that the person who moved into my old address didn’t open my post and sort it out for me. I explained that I was happy to pay the 100 for the original fine, but I just asked if the extra 75 could be taken off due to the circumstances. Nope, not interested, all she kept saying is that it was my fault, there wasn’t even a hint of sympathy. Absolute money grabbing thieves! I could have been in a coma for a year and they wouldn’t have cared.

So out of blue I received a letter to my old address claiming I owed 160 pound for parking in a disabled bay in Bristol dated back to 2017 Quite impressive seeing as I dont have a car licence and haven't been to Bristol in ten years. To be fair they removed my details as soon as I complained but that is a monumental mistake to make! Will update if they didn't actually remove me.

Got a ticket that wasn’t correct. When i called up to talk to the customer service. The man i spoke to was very rude had no respect. I have never seen a customer service this bad in my life. Clearly just trying to take peoples money. Don’t fall for it
