I came in to return a Hermès parcel and the member of staff who helped me was very rude. He snatched my phone without my permission during a pandemic to scan the code, he also didn’t think to tell me I could go to the counter to stick on the label so I had to awkwardly do so on the floor. I find the staff here insanely ill mannered. Best-one or Worst-one?

And yes if there was zero star, I will give zero. I came in the store to return my hermes parcel. He asked me to scan and print the label myself. He didn't direct and gave his instructions clearly and even cursed under his breath in his own language! Finally after scanning my label, he 'tossed' or should I be nice and say he dropped my box accidentally on to the ground. Perfect!
Horrible customer service, i would never go back there. You need manners man.
When I bought something from this store the till clerk was very polite. As I paid one of the workers said \is that all you are buying?\. The man who said it shook his head whilst looking at me on the way out. Thanks.
More like Rudest-One. No customer service skills, no acknowledgement. Hope Hermes finds a better ParcelShop to partner with.
