Don’t bother wasting your time trying to work with this company. I called and spoke to Lockhart truss on 11/15 and sent them my residential house plans foe quote. After not receiving anything for a week I called and spoke to Johnny who told me it would be an additional week to get the quote. After 2 weeks I sent Johnny an email asking how much longer it would be and got no response. I called today 12/10 and was able to get Johnny on the phone. No apologies, his reply is that he’s been busy. I asked when it would be ready and he wouldn’t give me a date. I told him that he was forcing me to move on...his reply was that was my decision. Absolutely could care less about customer service and had no issue with it being nearly a month later and I still didn’t have a quote. I’d rather work with a company that appreciates customer service.
