Why say you have buses at a certain time on your timetables online and at bus stops, that don't show up what so ever. Useless.

To Tony H review, the reason why your coach driver would not take guests right to Mabie House Hotel door is because of restricted access and no turning space for a coach (nearly 13 metres long) because of so many cars parked, not just in the parking area, but also along the driveway itself. This makes it impossible to reach main door. This driver will not be the only driver to have dropped off/picked up guests away from Hotel. Staff at the Hotel know perfectly well how much of a struggle it can be for coaches and its up to those staff to make sure space is clear.

Hired McCalls Coaches for our wedding. We were informed by our guests that the driver was rude to them. The bus also stopped away from the venue, leaving guests to walk up the hill in wind and rain & pitch black to Mabie House. This resulted in one of our guests slipping and injuring themselves. Return was similar, leaving guests to walk back down the hill in pitch black at midnight. We weren't made aware that this would be the situation when we booked, and even the staff at Mabie were surprised the bus didn't approach the building. Replies to my complaint seem dismissive, and have put me off using the company again. Only get an extra star since they were on time.

Untrustworthy and Unprofessional McCalls coaches were contracted to carry out transportation services for our wedding and failed to fulfill part of the contract. A formal complaint was raised with them regarding the issue and the respondee to the email claimed that she had spoken to the driver about the issue and then provided a statement that was nothing short of bare-faced lies. It should also be noted that the respondee was hiding the fact that she was also the driver about whom the complaint was raised, this and the fact that further communication was ignored shows a complete lack of Professionalism in dealing with customer complaints. Furthermore, it should also be taken into account that the respondee/ driver in question is the owners Daughter, which doesn't exactly instill confidence in the future of this company.
