Very Unprofessional - I'm sorry but it's a complete sh-t show! I had an jawline filler appointment at Warrington, then moved to Chester, drove all way from Liverpool to Chester for my 11am appointment, and then I spent ONE HOUR 35 MINUTES WAITING! I had to leave at the end I'm not spending my whole day waiting there, try NOT to give 11am appointments if you ACTUALLY MEAN 1PM just say 1pm instead??? I wasted 5 hours of my life, burned the whole day for nothing

The worst experience ever. I had 16 sessions of laser hair removal and i had to give up as i don't get any results. So is all lies on website plus with unlimited session you will find out is not and is not full body as advertised. I tried to get my consent form and nobody cares about it so i will get further action about it. 1000 wasted and 16 months!
laser hair removal- before starting sessions was clarified, after 12 sessions, 90% chance that i would be hair free. This is not true. Also promoted as unlimited sessions which only means 12 sessions. Apart from that, clean and friendly staff.
I booked in with them to have my lips done and took advantage of the discount on offer if you come on a training day. I numbed my own lips up with emela cream and they applied cream too. Ive never felt pain like it, felt every single injection. The injection in the cupids bow was eyewatering, apparently all your nerves run down the centre of your face. They forgot to ask how i wanted them to look so asked me half way through doing the procedure. My lips were left lumpy even though i tried massaging them myself and you cant tellve had them done. Its true what they say, you get what you pay for and there cheap student prices should have been a massive warning. I personally think only doctors and dentist should be able to perform, it those who are regulated !!
The clinic is lovely and the staff are too. However, after having lipo freeze 11 weeks ago, I’ve not noticed any difference and am really disappointed.
