Their customer service is impeccable !!! I am completely blown away how above and beyond their staff goes to ensure you get exactly what you need. Jimmy ,Cole, Brian and Suzanne were some of their amazing staff members that helped me on my journey! I just so happened to be driving on Broadway on my way to drop my vehicle off for an oil change at another dealership when I noticed a very nice used vehicle at Courtesy Acura!!! I decided to stop by and take a look at the vehicle. We were greeted right away and asked if we would like more info and/or if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. From that moment on everything was such a smooth and quick process. Within an hour I was on the road with my new vehicle. Thank you Courtesy Acura and Team for such an amazing experience!!!

Malachi in the service department is great! He helped me out when I accidentally left my wallet in my car after dropping it off for an oil change and detail. I have a 2 and 4 year old and you cannot tell I have little humans because of how the great the interior detail was.

Thank you Courtesy Acura for making my service appointment so easy! They came and picked up my car, left me a loaner, completed my service, and brought it back to me. Having the pick up service saves me so much time in my day. And the guy who picked up my car was so nice and wearing a mask. And it's so nice that they wash and vacuum my car and even left me a chocolate! Courtesy first made the buying process easy and the repair/service is even better!
