I just recently bought my first Lexus and I was wowed by the experience. This facility was professional, clean and informative. Reniel Munoz assisted me in the sale and he was so helpful. He made the experience wonderful by being patient and understanding. He educated me on the ins and outs of leasing/buying. Their staff collectively gets 5 stars, from beginning to end. My salesman Chris Cardona was the absolute best and i couldn’t be happier to have gotten my car from him. He guided me through everything and nothing was hidden. He was super kind and made me feel very comfortable discussing all of my options and interested with him as far as what i wanted in my vehicle and he made it happen. Thanks so much! Super happy.

If I could give this dealership a negative I would. I got a lease with them in Dec 2020, because my miles were almost up with my previous lease which by the way was not with Lexus. They said they would pay off my other lease so I can get in a lease with them. I asked many times if they were going to pay off my lease and they always said yes. I texted this morning the sales person, asked her if she was sure they paid my lease because I still see a balance with them in my credit report. Her exact words \of course they did\. Something still told me to call the other financial company and they told me, Lexus didn't pay off the other lease. I text the sales person again and inform them that the balance was not paid. She goes off to say sorry it was not part of your deal, but she just told me that of course they would pay. Her and her manager look and there is nothing saying the balance will be paid off and that she doesn't recall any of this. I've cried so much because I got tricked. I asked repeatedly about it and they always said yes. I've had leases with BMW, GMC and Chrysler and not once I had a problem like this!

This dealership NEVER has any service records on their carfax reports. All other Lexus Dealers always has service records and the records/maintenance which they completed to certify the vehicle on the carfax. (Ex: changed brakes, tires, wipers, fluids, etc.) Very sketchy and shady. In addition, the vehicle you see online for a good deal is always “SOLD” when you get there. Enter at your own risk...
