Placed and order on 03/05 at 8pm-ish they state that orders would be dispatched for next day in this case it would be 05/05 called them on the day have and email from “Robert” apologizing for no one getting back to me to state that the order doesn’t meet the minimum order value. And it is currently 13/05 and no update from their finance team as all they say is they will forward it onto to them to action , so we are looking over a week for a simple refund. Actual refund after calling and emailing several times and contacting PayPal 15/05.
