I just want to thank Shanelle K and Nora from the Linden, NJ location. When i walked in from the time i left, Shanelle K stood by my side as i had to do some flipping of the tuxedos that i am ordering for next March. Shanelle K gave me visuals of the item that my son and his court will be wearing for his event. Shanelle informed me that i can even add a colored vest to the suits. Nora's presence and customer service to me and my family exceeded beyond words! I had my dad and boyfriend be fitted for tuxedos and was giving me a hard time! However, Nora's professionalism and care calmed them right down. She was the savior i needed at that moment. \THANKS NORA!\ Even before i left the store, Shanelle K printed my reservation and explained all of my changes to me. This had informed me that she really had taken the time to care about my needs and treated me like royalty. Came to this store because my sister’s wedding was registered here and I needed to get my suit to be in her bridal party. Figured I’d register my wedding (which was happening 5 days later) and they helped us pick suits and colors to compliment what our bridesmaids were wearing. They were flexible when we needed to make changes too. Pick up and drop offs were easy and quick. They sized me for a suit and when it came in, the jacket was too big. No big deal, they sent it back for a new one and when I put on the new one in the right size, it was the first time I didn’t look fat in a suit. Amazing tbh my guys and I have never looked better
