Today i called up to find out about their conveyancing costs for a property purchase, which was clearly stated on their website. Upon answering my call I was told they don't deal with this? Just a little unsure why there is a whole paragraph on conveying costs and all fees if this isn't a service that they provide? This is not very upfront as stated in the website. Is it me or is this false advertising?? Except now you've realised it didn't have 'without a mortgage' in brackets, you have now added it into your website. I'm ok with you changing as it wasn't clear that was the case. But don't try make out it was me.
