Offering a click & collect service at the moment because of the pandemic. I arrived to collect my items and was immediately faced with a huge queue outside, I don't mind that, pretty much expected at the minute but when I got to the front of the queue I could see everyone's items literally thrown in a crate, no nice piles/stacking, couldn't see any order within the stuff waiting to be collected so after the member of staff rifled through all the stuff she eventually found mine, just glad my stuff wasn't damaged. Keep this in mind if ordering anything delicate, mirrors etc.

A very well stocked shop with many different household goods. Well worth a look round. There is a coffee shop on the 1st floor, enabling a drink break during your shopping trip. Highly Recommend.
I love Dunelm. Competitively priced and a wide choice throughout the whole store. Would highly recommend to anyone who may be setting up home for the first time or those who just want to update their look on the home.
