Have ordered on line and found via phone the staff and owners to be the most helpful and informed people I have ever brought from. Had a week away in the area and so popped in and the place is small in size but huge with personality and amazing. Had a problem with some light’s and spoke to top engineer Tom who blew me away with his skill . Knowledge and expertise regarding his light systems that he him self designed and manufactured. I will Never be paying cheaper on line as the confidence I have got from him is amazing. There customer service is above and beyond any other place I have been to . They have gained yet another loyal customer in the form of me. Have now also brought a new Awning as I feel safe buying from them. Cannot recommend them enough. May life’s a breeze continue to be as successful as it already is because to find a company that still maintains good customer service as a priority is a real gem. Thank you. A

Easy to follow Web page, really good prices and very helpful on the phone. I'm a first time flag pole buyer and didn't really know what I had brought so decided to phone them to check if what I had ordered was correct. Turns out I had ordered the wrong flag connectors! The order was changed whilst I was on the phone. Quick, polite and very helpful. Would I use them again? Well I'm currently making up another order for a 6m flag pole and accessories as I type this out.
