Rhys was superb , highly professional , friendly and not pushy or hard sell (it puts me off visiting garages usually!) from initial enquiry to collection was efficient in every detail - true to the brand . So i bought my Lexus RX450h from Lexus dealer about two and a half years ago and this was a bad experience - i paid full price for the car only to discover the boot cover was missing when i got home and they told me i had to buy a new one nothing to do with them So i changed to a local dealer to service my car who then put nearly three thousand pounds worth of recommendation repairs all over the service sheets (none of which were a MOT failure) then promptly told me the mechanic had removed and noted my cabin filter was filthy and needed changing - cost was 40.00 - problem being i fitted a brand new one the previous week and it had only done 16 miles So last chance saloon for a Lexus main dealer - Lexus Guildford - lets try them - well what a pleasant surprise - great service - no phone calls saying the end of the world was near - just dropped it off - service completed - valet if i wanted - only wipers required - and a great main dealer price - the guy who i dealt with was really polite - not pushy on anything and had everything in hand - at last i found a Lexus main dealer who has worked out i will be back after receiving great service - keep up the great work and in my best Arnie Swartenigger accent - i will be back
I tried both of my nearest Lexus dealers to find a new ES300h but neither could offer me the car I was looking for - but Lexus Guildford scoured the UK to find me the exact car, so I was happy to drive the 180 miles (each way) to collect my new car. Great service and really helpful and friendly staff. Just a shame they are too far away for future services!
Excellent experience. Needed to buy a car. Bought a very nice RX for a reasonable price. All the purchasing process took less than 24h. Malcolm was very helpful, honest and professional. Will stick with this dealership for my future services (although I have another three Lexus garages near me, I do not mind driving for an hour and get a proper Lexus service, not as some... who pretend to be Lexus and provide poor non-luxury services). Highly recommended!
Whilst getting my car serviced at another manufacturer (too young to afford a Lexus), I was pleasantly greeted by the staff at Lexus. Not just one but many of them. Which in every other dealership only one person from the front desk said hello, no one came over to ask if I needed any help whilst looking at cars. The design of the Lexus building is also very nice and there were demos out front to sit in occasionally too. I would recommend a visit here if you consider a Lexus because the staff and fleet selection are great. The new UX is also in stock now too.
