Very unprofessional specially the girl In the front She was rude I called before I went up there to see if they took my insurance and the girl that answered the phone confirmed with me that they did take my insurance. When everything was set in done they charge me 200 they said because they didn’t take my insurance keep I mind I called and asked before I got there. They also told me if I didn’t pay they were going to cancel my medication they also made me wait a hour for the doctor to get back to get my medication bc the rn refused to call in my medication to get I picked up. I wouldn’t had a problem Paying for it if they would’ve told me from the begging

I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant went to visit Dr. Badejo's office in Lewisville for the first time Wed, August 30, 2012 about a sore throat and fever . I waited to see him for 40 mins. He wouldn't give me any information about my symptoms or inform me if it was more than just a sore throat. After I had ask a question his exact words were, ''Obviously were not getting along with these back and forth questions.'' He then got up and tried to leave the examination room while i was asking a question. He is very rude and inconsiderate and i will never refer anybody to his office nor will I be going back. I was just a concerned patient about my issue. Who wouldn't ask the Dr. questions.

did not listen to me and walked out on me and told me to find another dr this was my 1st time in his office he was very rude and had me in a room for an hr before he even came in
