I’m big on customer service ,these people are experts! The staffs are so generous and amazing they were so helpful and accommodating to me with all the questions and needs. I spend an hour asking questions and they gave me their full attention and the patience they have is unexplainable. Definitely recommended them for all my friends and family.

Honesty and patience are key to customer service. I don't know much about vap products and the staff here was very willing to explain different products show me how they work without pressuring me into buying anything.
