Feel very let down by this company right now. Have used their TV aerial test meters for several years but they now will not provide us with first line technical support, as our units were purchased via one of their distributors. We will buy replacements from another manufacturer if that is this company's stance

Very poor service. Our fridge monitoring system is still not working properly despite having spent hundreds of pounds since a visit by one of their technicians to put it right....It worked fine for years but trying to put it right with this lot seems impossible....look elsewhere is my advice , I'm on the verge of ditching the whole system which has cost over 1000 to move to a different manufacturer.BEWARE
