Blanca makes gorgeous cakes for all occasions, and the best ever Central American meals. My love of Blanca's is the meals. I follow a plant base diet and can get an entire meal there: rice and beans, fried plantains, a salad, plantain chips, yucca, and a fine dessert. My husband's favorite is the Cuban sandwich. There are many meat and cheeses options, for omnivores. The restaurant is bright and cheerful, with booths and tables. During Covid, you may order take-out. Blanca's is fine!

Absolutely the best Honduran food around! All the dishes here have a unique exquisite authentic taste that you must try them all! I recommend the Baleada Supreme to anyone who has not tried any Honduran food. The service is excellent and the place was very clean and beautifully decorated! I would give them more stars if I could! A must go and a local favorite! Thank you Blancas cakes!
Me and my family have had their delicious cakes with the milk in them, they are truly wonderful and something everyone must experience in this life! I have had the fried chicken and my wife likes the Honduran tacos, both are delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. This is a taste of Honduras in Hudson NC, a must try for anyone who values delicious food and quality!
