It's not massive but neither is the village so a good place to pick up your bits at convenience however there are limited items due to the size

Staff here are rude and obnoxious. I've lived in Groby for 4 years and I can honestly say that 50% of the time I have been treated like I'm a nuisance. I prefer to go to Co Op on Launden Way as the staff there are lovely, but they had run out of a particular product. So this afternoon I went to this store and made a purchase, before payment I kindly asked if they offer cash back, the lady replied \yes\ and then without giving me even a moment she rudely said \put your card in then\ in a aggressive tone. This is just one example of many like this. Today it was a middle-aged lady with blonde hair, but the middle-aged lady manager with dark hair is even worse. But today was the icing on the cake. I spend roughly 125 per month at Co Op and feel that as a loyal customer I should be treated with respect.
