Until recently the carers from this company had been looking after my mum for many years in her house. My mum was treated with dignity, respect and patience at all times. I was always kept informed and up to date with any information and issues which the carers always helped to resolve. Living a long distance away form my mother this gave me peace of mind that my my mother was receiving the best care possible. Many thanks.

This company has no ethics of caring, they took on a caring contract of which they had no capacity.They staff and management are very confused. They promised the best care but day 1 I had to lay them off. Very unprofessional, lots of lies and complete waste of time.
