So I took my Giant Defy road bike to FMB with what I thought was a bottom bracket problem. It turns out that the problem was with the back wheel not seating properly and having issues with the conicals on quick release. This caused issues at the crank when I was riding it. FMB sorted the issues on the day and quite honestly the service was 10/10. Really reasonable and great advice I will use whenever I have any problems. So if your trusty steed is need of attention you will not be disappointed that I am sure.
Great shop, great service. Simon is very knowledgeable and not a typical salesman trying to sell you the most expensive bike. Very good at finding the right fit for you. Just about to buy my 2nd bike from them definitely recommended.
Had a puncture by the Tigers ground and wandered down to FMB for help. The chap was very friendly and pumped my tyre back up FOC. Saved me a 10 mile walk back or even worse (call the missus). Has a great range of decent bikes too.
Very nice people. Give good advice. Would recommend.
