Very reliable Freight company. I've used them for years and never had any problems with my goods. They will keep you updated, if there are delays, which over the years, hasn't been a lot. I have recommended to people over the years, and I've not had a bad report.

Am currently fighting with them to get items worth 800. At first enquiry, they refused knowledge of having opened my suitcase before it left Leicester. I kept pressing after I discovered items were missing in my suitcase. I kept pressing them and they eventually admitted they had confistcated the items which were missing but they say they only have some and not all of them. They are now opening people's packages and this is appalling that they take some items without people knowing. Before, I also had someone else' s parcel delivered to me by mistake.
