Rick and Michael are great to work with from start to finish. Rick took the work order. Michael repaired 2 singer sewing machines model 401A. One of the machine being very special too me. My Dad purchased for my Mother to make my baby clothes thru adulthood, 65 yrs ago. Both machines run like a top now. Turn around time was great, in at 10 out by 3 same day. Thank you, Donna Mullins

We contacted Mike to replace serger knives on our industrial Union Special machine. On July 27,2019 he made a service call and charged us 267.50. He said he would order knives. On 8/14/2019 he returned with parts and charged us 85.60 for 2 knives costing 21.00. He wanted another 50,00 for additional service call, which we did not pay. It is now Sept. 26, 2019 and the machine is still not repaired, even tho he has been back several times.. We have called, texted, messaged many, many, many times to no avail. He was told in the beginning we are a business and need machine repaired quickly. We made a terrible choice in selecting him for repairs. We have paid him 353.10. We are again asking him for a refund because he is unable to repair machine. Beware!!!!! IN REPLY TO Mike Price REPLY on Google.. If Machine was fixed, why do we need to call him back repeatedly? We have apparel factory (30 yrs) sewing experience. NOT operator error. Mike Price repairs do not last beyond ONE DAY. This man CANNOT repair Industrial sewing machine. Go elsewhere . Totally taken in by this person. Go elsewhere for repairs. We are Sincere. Most sincerely

I brought an old Singer sewing machine to him. It have been to two other sewing machine repair places who did not know what they were doing. This guy is the real deal! He fixed it and I have not had one single problem with it since. I will NOT go anywhere else. He and his prices are great!

Do not take your vacuum here for repair!!! In 2/17 I dropped off my Dyson and was told there were 3 vacuums that needed to be repaired before me. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I called to follow up and was told a filter had been ordered. For the next 9 weeks I called every week and once stopped in person to check on the situation. Every single time the lady at the office told me the filter was on back order, that she would call and check on it, let me know and that she \felt my pain\ being without a working vacuum. In 6/17, after NOT ONE return or courtesy call, I GAVE UP! I purchased a new vac on Amazon. So...if you need your vacuum repaired do not bring it here because you will never see it nor hear anything about it again. What a disappointment after I chose this business based on it's good reviews.
