absolute Disgrace, i am driving a truck with a 15ft trailer on the back and get a ticket for stopping on double yellow lines to pick up a parcel from a group of shops. if i had of went into the parking bay i would of been sticking out about 15tf. colbalt centre, charge number M25973 reg GR12EVA.this company should be banned from trading ,Disgusting 100 fine.

I have tried to contact this company on several occasions and left several messages in relation to a parking fine that I'm totally not aware of as well as emailed enterprise car hire as I was in one of their cars. PCS have not once bothered to reply or acknowledge my calls or emails as I'm sure this is their way to increase the amount of money. Disgrace!

Atrocious...one big scam....there office only opens for 2 hours a day and they wont answer the phone plus i was only on there so called private land for approx 3 minutes to ask directions and got hit wjth a 60 fine. Lowest of the low . I wanted to appeal the fine but they wouldnt answer the phone and there online appeal system is non existant. Horrible people. There should be a law preventing people like them operating. Disgusting absolutly disgusting !!

I have attempted to make payment via their website, no answer at the phone. Then when you can't provide payment due to the lack of payment methods, this company increases the outstanding balance from 60.00 to 100.00. Very poor operating procedures and this is absolutely daylight robbery. Shame to any landlord that uses this company as parking enforcement. I will be reporting this company!
