You can Never get an appointment even ringing 1sec after they open theres no appointments left hardly ever ! the reception staff are very snotty not empathetic what so ever really rude... especially during covid it's got worse! been left without my regular medication over a week now they forget to put requests in the receptionist discussing when I last had medication even though me and my doctor have discussed they like to not read the notes and talk down to you... like they are doctors

Poor service. Impossible to make an appointment unless you have no job and can sit at wait for the right time to rush in to get one or sit in the practice to wait for one- like that is exactly what is good for you when you are ill. Staff offer no solutions to this issue. I love service is shocking to make appointment. Basically if you have a life and can not commit to the “only times” you can make an appointment then you can’t have one!
Can never get through
This place is an absolute joke they have made me and my 5year old daughter wait half an hour over her appointment time for me to result in going to the desk for them to say they'd changed her appointment to an hour after we have and that they sent a text message stating they did so but no such message was received and they already made her wait 2weeks I shall be moving my daughters doctors as soon as possible!! If I could give no stars I would Not to mention I'm heavy pregnant and in a lot of pain from the chairs they made uses sit for an hour on and wait discussing
I am really pleased with the care which I reviewed here. The doctor I saw Dr Barton was very understanding and didn't rush me. He let me explain my issues and queries calmly and he even printed off practical help without me me asking him to do so. I have fou d all of the Doctors and Reception Staff to be welcoming, understanding and extremely empathetic in my times of need. I couldn't be more grateful to them. Hats off to all of you, you do a tremendous job regardless of all of the pressures on you. Thank you all again.
