Had my hair done by will, and what a fantastic experience it was. He knew exactly what he was talking about when he told me what he was going to do with my hair to achieve the look I wanted and he got it bang on. His customer service is exceptional, makes you feel really comfortable and it felt much rather like a pamper session than just in for my hair doing! It was so relaxing! The salon is stunning too, lots of woodwork everywhere but really sets a cosy mood. Definitely coming here for my hair doing for the foreseeable future!

I have been going to Rosie for a number of years and she is a fantastic hairdresser, I would not allow anyone else to do my hair, she is professional, offers great advice and is very friendly. Her team are all lovely and everyone makes you feel very welcome. In these strange times the salon is run brilliantly, with great social distancing measures. Highly recommend Rosie and her team.

The worst haircut and beard trim ever... The hair dresser was the owner himself and all he could do was just ruin my look totally. Not recommended. This review is authentic as I attended the appointment in person on given time. I mean every word of it. I am receiving emails and calls for changing my views but I definitely won't .

This is probably the best hair cut I have ever had. I have curly hair and have struggled in the past to with finding an experienced stylist, but twice now I have been impressed with Jam. Rosie is amazing, I felt so comfortable, had a great time and she knows exactly what she is doing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They were really nice, but cut off my hair more than I asked for, but after they had cut it off I couldn't really say anything lol. So just tell them you want it cut a bit longer than how much you actually want it, just to be safe
