I asked Sara for advice as I was feeling unhealthy after over-indulging at Christmas. I was still eating the same foods I always had, but my body was not coping with it so well. I am not into extreme dieting and wanted to make changes that would fit in with my family. Sara was able to recommend a few simple changes to my diet that have made a big difference. I don’t feel like I am restricting myself, I eat with my family, and am never hungry, yet I have gradually lost a stone in weight without even trying, and I feel more energetic. Sara is a very positive and supportive person and always happy to give advice.
