I was going to Chevy Chase Acura for service since that’s where I purchased the car. I decided to try Acura of Laurel since that’s where I live. I’m so glad I did. I have received the best customer service at Laurel! It’s so easy to get service without the extra nonsense I was receiving at the other location. Pablo and Branden have both been awesome. Keep up the good work!
Great experience as always! I was immediately greeted, directed to a technician that addressed my issue and had my own space to work until my service was complete! My service advisor Gage followed up with the utmost professionalism!
I HIGHLY recommend Allen Weber!! He was amazing! I emailed him and he responded very quickly. He listened to all of my concerns and questions. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. He worked an amazing deal with my previous car and really walked me through the process! He even took the time to show me everything my new vehicle can do. I appreciated him going above and beyond! It made me feel that much more comfortable with my purchase! Everyone else I came in contact with was also very friendly and helpful. I’m happy to now be apart of the Acura of Laurel family!! I worked with Alex Pena (salesperson) and Victor Hong (financing) and highly recommend them! From the start Alex worked very hard to meet us where we were at financially and found us a great deal. My boyfriend and I felt very welcome and listened to, and they both made the experience very enjoyable. Simeon also pitched in with explaining the warranty package and giving us a few laughs. Everyone made sure to answer all questions, but also move through the process promptly especially since we travelled from central VA for this car. I felt like Alex was just as excited as I was over getting this car, which made my first car buying experience that much better. 10/10 go see Alex, she’ll make your day!
