I went into the store to purchase a new motorcycle I had been researching and could not get anyone to acknowledge my presence. Luckily their lack of service pushed me over to Harley Davidson where I found a great bike and excellent customer service. Indian has some great bikes; too bad their staff are so poor.

From the salesmen Jason and the sales manager Erik to Drew in the service department, these guys are amazing and took care of our founder/ceo to get him on the bike he truly deserves with an outstanding deal on a new chieftain limited motorcycle! I DO NOT write reviews! I went there last week for a test ride on a Indian Chief. The salesmen Jason was awesome! By far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership hands down! No pressure, super helpful and answered every question I had. Between Drew and Ashley at the parts service counter and the sales manager Erik, I had no doubt I was buying a motorcycle from the right place. They make you feel like family! It doesn’t matter what you ride in on, if your new to riding or just looking, they will treat you right. Customer service is not dead. You will leave there thinking you can’t wait to come back! Proud new Indian Chief owner.

The Dealership really came through on getting me the motorcycle I wanted. I can't say enough about this dealership. Let's start with Drew everytime I call about getting a service or a part he's on point. Jim that guy is a problem solver, if you have a problem (which is once in a blue moon) he's the man. Jason if you want a bike talk to him. We tried to do a deal but the rules in California messed up the deal but a knowledgeable guy. This dealership is the only place I trust to give me a honest answer (if I like it or not) and that is what you want out of a dealership. Great job guys

What a great group of guys here. Tim helped get me in the door and then passed me off to Jason. Jason was super friendly and did everything he could to help get me on the bike I wanted. These guys worked with me over 2 days, staying past closing time to make the deal happen. In the end I rode off on my new to me Victory Vegas Jackpot and I couldn't be happier. From the sales staff to the service staff, everyone that works here is wonderful and knowledgeable!
