Nexsys in stalled our electronic door entry system, yard entry system and sound dampening system at our corporate offices and warehouse in Las Vegas. Everything they did has worked as described. There were a number of in process modifications that were needed and they handled them quickly and professionally. Since then we have had the some additional needs and they were very helpful is resolving the changes. I am constantly reaching out to Michael in their customer service to assist me when we need programming changes. He is always extremely helpful and if he does not have the answer to some of my out of the ordinary requests, he find the solution. As a customer of Nexsys I have been very happy with the service. We had cameras installed and the process was simple and the product is great and met our needs. Every time I had questions or needed assistance they repsond very quick and either show up to help or walk us through anything we need over the phone. As a Manager of a very large asset I would highly recommend this company.
