also have held up my claim for unemployment insurance. if i relied on DETR id be 6 ft under by now. i've given them 3 years of 1099 from uber and lyft. copy of dl and a utility bill.. which where the only things they asked for... still nothing after they stopped payment. i got 4 weeks . they owe me 9. cant speak to anyone on the phone bc it is busy... no correspondence by email or phone. getting a letter from the ESD today and this should be a dousy. total let down. zero stars.

Hello. When I applied for unemployment Insurance, I was very sure it would be a breeze! Anything but that. I have been trying to get my unemployment payments for nearly 13 weeks. This is the worst service I’ve had since I found a cockroach in a pizza in Chicago, 1984! They are very busy. But not very good at all!
