Very good customer service. My laptop keyboard died after 4 months used, they honored the warranty. They couldn't replace my keyboard so they offered a trade in for a better model, and I paid less than the price difference for the top up. Recommended for anyone looking for a cheap and reliable computer
had my laptop issues for years, went to few shops paid but not resolve. Joel was honest with my issue and give me option. Suggest i keep my laptop and remove the hard disk and replace with SSD. also assisted in purchase Microsoft office, complete downloading at no cost. Honestly hard to come by, he did a great job!!!

Bought a Lenovo X1 Carbon today. Product is good for the age and use. Recommend this store for wide collections, friendly staffs (a rarity in re-sale shops) and reasonable price. Comes with a year’s warranty. A slight negotiation is possible if you know what you’re buying.
Bought a Lenovo Thinkpad P50 with i7 Gen 6, 16GB RAM with 256GB SSD. Had a great experience with the staff. They are more into business model laptop. From HP Elitebook, Lenovo Thinkpad, Dell Latitude, etc. Overall, i got what i need with delight.
