A small restaurant without air conditioner serves Batak cuisine. It's called BPK (Babi Panggang Karo) but a Batak friend told me that actually Silitonga is a family branch in Toba area which means probably the food cooked in Toba's style rather than Karo's. There aren't many choices on the menu but it serves delicious food. You might love it as I do.
